Measurements and weights of finished product is critical to Federal regulations and must strictly be adhered to.

I have trained the machine operators along with the support of the Maintenance department to do their own small mechanical repairs and not to rely specifically on the maintenance crew.

•Every morning myself and the group leaders would have a Gemba walk and check the status and condition of said areas.

•At Smokin Joe's factory I have been the MASTER SCHEDULER for both the Production group and the Tobacco Blending Department. Typically used 6 week forecast for production and 6 month forecast for tobacco usage and crop ordering.

•I have extensive use using MRP/ERP systems (BAAN, SYSPRO, DBA,SYTELINE).At Smokin Joe's I had to get creative and made my own MRP system utilizing MICROSOFT EXCELL. Within my version of MRP I have incorporated The "50 QUESTIONS" frequently asked. I was able to forecast and schedule the use of each raw component with the entire inventory in order for Production and Inventory Department and function.

•Initiated weekly cycle counts on raw materials

I have been trained on every machine within the manufacturing departments and have been an machine operator, Blending Leadman, tobacco pusher, tobacco filler, and floor sweeper if I am short staffed due to emergency leaves or other circumstances.
