Moved the Wire Braid manufacturing department from Tulsa, OK to South Holland, IL.

Over saw the machines relocation and set-ups, responsible for getting production up and running. Over saw training of new employees.

Set-up the manufacturing database for manufacturing of the wire braid products.

Achieved ISO certification. Implemented MRP, ERP and CRP systems in the manufacturing process.

Increased sales of wire braid products from $0 to 1.5m, in a time frame of Jan 1st, 2014 to June 30th, 2014 with only 6 months left in the physical year. Through the use of two lean events, first being "Kaizen" and the second "Kanban" this was achieved.

Following physical year June 30th, 2014 to June 30th, 2015 increased wire braid products sales from 1.5m to 5m+, continuing with the two lean events, we added one more lean event of "OEE" (Overall equipment effectiveness). As of the 2016 physical year sales for just the wire braid products were beyond $10M.

Extensive experience in aerospace specifications. Directly worked with aerospace engineers in designing and manufacturing our wire braid products to their specifications for numerous projects from NASA, Senior Aerospace, Space-x.

Set-up the manufacturing databases, i.e. Alliance.

Responsible for activities of personnel in the Fabrication and Weld shop, Wire Braid and beaming departments, also the CNC Machine shop, and Ball Joint Assembly. Expansion joint fabrication, Seal department.

Improved efficiency in our ball joint manufacturing, assembly, and testing. First in the manufacturing of the components used lean events "Bottleneck Analysis" and "Continuous flow", followed with "5s" and "Andon" for the assembly and testing. This gave us a measurable improvement of 75% efficiency from 3 days to produce a finished ball joint to 1 day, labor cost to produce 1- ball joint regardless of size was reduced also by 75%.

Did all Production planning, scheduling and cost estimating and all quotes for domestic and international projects. Including the following; Sofec off-shore project, Three Gorges Dam project in China, and the Exxon joint Russian off-shore oil and natural gas project in the sea of Japan off the cost of Russia. In these projects Hyspan manufactured the Ball Joints for the off-shore platforms, for the processing of oil and natural gas, and the movement of water to power electric turbines in the Three Gorges Dam Project. Extensive experience in machining, welding, coating and plating braided wire and other processes associated with fabricated metal products.

Responsible for own set-ups on precision surface grinders, doing all radius angle cuts on carbide blank inserts. Also setting up multi-axis machines for making VDB inserts.

Fabricated fixtures for machines and did inspection and quality control. Read blue prints and did blueprint drawings to ANSI, AMSE standards.

Developed machine set-up procedures.

Knowledge of geometric dimensions, algebra and plane trigonometry. Worked in both linear and angular measurements, holding tolerances of .0002 at times.
