Completed a project to upgrade a pricing and quoting web based system package (CPQ) by CallidusCloud to the current version. This involved working with an off-shore development team, onsite IT and an internal business team. The second project recently completed had been nine years in the works but hadn’t been completed due to lack of decisive business decisions and vendor issues.
