Working With “Inox wind infrastructure services ltd” (The fully integrated player in wind energy market in India, as a Maintenance\commissioning Engineer. Since 20 JAN 2017 TO TILL DATE) KEY RESULT AREAS:

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining operation and maintenance (O&M, HT) of 54 Wind turbines having individual capacity 2.0MW(DFIG) with total capacity 108MW. Responsible for pre-commissioning & online testing of WEC. Review the Preventive, predictive maintenance, review equipment efficiency, benchmarking & condition monitoring of Equipments.

Responsible for handling the wind transducers like Ultrasonic Anemometer, RTD, PT100, pressure Transmitter, Vibration sensor,YCD, Encoder & Resolver etc.

Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports such as DGR, MGR for the customer on basis of production, line loss, machine availability, grid availability etc.

We also used to monitoring all the WTG from CMS through our WT-commissioner & WT-Scada software developed by INOX Control System.

Worked with “Suzlon Global Srevices LTD”(A Well Known Company for wind turbine manufacture

& solution provider.Working as a O&M Engineer. SINCE FEB, 2015 TO JAN 2017) KEY RESULT AREAS:

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining operation and maintenance (O&M, HT) of 113 Wind turbines having individual capacity 1.5MW (51) & 1.25MW (50) with total capacity 158MW. Review the Preventive, predictive maintenance, review equipment efficiency, benchmarking & condition monitoring of Equipments.

Responsible for handling the wind transducers like wind wane and Anemometer, RTD, PT100, pressure Transmitter, Vibration sensor, Encoder Resolver etc. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports such as DGR, MGR for the customer on basis of production, line loss, machine availability, grid availability etc.

We also used to monitoring all the WTG from CMS through our SCADA software developed by Suzlon Control System.
