Once the product backlog items list was completed, initiated sprint planning meeting to prioritize the product backlog items list.

At the end of the meeting, the team broke the selected items into an initial list of Sprint Tasks, and then made the final commitment to do the work. From this final commitment, I time box these tasks into a project plan and then started the daily scrum meeting and sprint execution tasks.

Worked with end users, deployment team and Sustain support teams to develop a transition from Deployment to Sustain support plan to close down the deployment activities for each global region.

Deployed project plans and managed projects to move/migrate applications on a successfully refresh deployment of a 120-server environment into a 60-server environment using the latest VM technology and Encrypt EMC Storage frames.
