Exploring the vendor data base available and exploiting the ideal resource by utilizing them for new development.

Management of Raw Material on the Basis of Business Plan and updated on Monthly Actual.

Managing & Ensuring raw material availability at vendor end.

Preparing Monthly scheduling as per PPC requirements

Ensure Timely Availability of New Samples Parts from Vendors

Monitoring of schedule vs. supply & vendor ratings on monthly basis.

Planning of new development/procurement of new part with vendors within time, cost and quality objectives starting of Project/Development.

Knowledge of development process such as PSA, Technical Review, PPAP, Run@rate (I e production capability

Handling problem regarding Quality, Delivery

Development and costing of mechanical proprietary parts.

Resolve Quality issue in line.

Handling 250 parts including development & regular production.

Job Responsibility in Development: -

Development of New Rubber Components.

Study of numerous DMLs (Design Modification List)/ ECNs (Engineering Change Notes) and their proper tracking and implementation.

Study of Engineering Drawings of Rubber Components

Establishing the Process and capacity generation at vendor’s end.

Testing of the components.

Supplying components to the production line.

Knowledge of PPAP documentation and requirement.

Having good knowledge about SAP, TRSO.

Quality issues and ECN implementations.

Developing Cost effective vendor / supplier base for cost effective procurement of material, spares and consumables.
