Sika-East was a major US Funded project established to help rebuild the Afghan infrastructure. My role was to design, implement and operate a facilities maintenance program. Specific responsibilities included:

Overseeing maintenance and repairs needs; problem resolution

AITM tries to accelerate the rehabilitation and reconstruction process of Afghanistan by improving the performance skills, knowledge and attitude of those who are working for country development. I surveyed, monitored and reported on program impact and quality.
