ACADEMIC PROJECT

Parabolic solar tracking system (California State University, Los Angeles)

Modified and provided an alternate solution for a parabolic solar tracking system to achieve high sun rays concentrations.

Used collar sprocket instead of screw sprocket to get accurate power transmission without slippery of chain on the sprocket.

Used Arduino system to capture sun rays in every position of the sun, which increased the efficiency of the generator.

Provided solution to achieve required vacuum pressure in plastic film winding machine

In this project, I had calculated all the parameters of vacuum pressure and proposed a new design such as modification of vacuum rod to get accurate pressure on plastic film during winding of plastic film. This will increase the capacity of production and reduce material wastage.
