Dept Maintenance Superintendent & Construction Engineer

Supervising a big team in maintenance, construction, commissioning, and operation of machinery’s & Equipment.

Building maintenance crew from day one. Worked daily changing the way that maintenance was being performed and the way safety was being looked at via continuous training in both safety and maintenance.

Managing technical aspects of heavy-duty machinery’s repair and overhaul of machinery and component parts; the principles and practices of labor and materials

Responsible for the day to day supervision, motivation and training of the mechanical personnel within the area of assignment, repairing equipment to a better standard.

Coordinate and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities of the plant equipment at the assigned location.

Responsible for the productivity of personnel in regards to timeliness in diagnosing and completing necessary maintenance and repairs.

Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor Engineer

In my tenure I have been working as Maintenance Supervisor Engineer, In-charge managing Maintenance / Operation / commissioning carrying out testing tuning of all newly installed machinery’s, and even overcome with lot many Alteration and Addition before and during production.

Responsible for carrying out maintenance routines, major & minor overhaul on equipment used for refinery, like pumps, centrifuge, vacuum system, waste water treatment system, power generation, hydraulic & pneumatic system, Instrument air compressor, AC compressor, Ref system, Boiler system & steam driven cargo pumps, Piping systems, Mixers, Inlet and Inter stage heaters, Crude oil cooler, HP and LP separators, Electrostatic Coalescer, Crude oil transfer pump. Coarse filter, Fine filter, DE aerator tower, Booster pump, Injection pump, Produced water system, PW surge drains, PW Degasser, Feed gas scrubber, Pre-filter Coalescer, fuel gas compressor, oil separators, fuel gas KO drum, filter Coalescer, Super heaters, Chemical Dosing units, etc.

Develops and implements performance goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans for the assigned Maintenance division.

Analyzes Maintenance department workload for the assigned division; sets priorities, and schedules activities for a complex full day operation.

Maintains a wide variety of computerized and paper records, including any breakdown reports by specific manufacturer and equipment type; fuel, oil, and lubricant consumption; machinery repairs; accumulated machinery and overhaul status.

Analyzes the causes of unscheduled maintenance, implements reduction plans, reviews results, and modifies as needed to attain on-time performance acceptable to the higher authority.

Supervises staff directly, and through subordinate supervisors. Monitors the assignment and completion of projects and jobs, including staff performance.

Authorizes and monitors the training of division maintenance personnel.
