IHOP-

Attained title of Assistant General Manager one month into training, July 2014. Transferred to location in Bowling Green, KY to help improve GLI scores and general sanitation. Store received Operation Evaluation score of 91% and GLI score went up from 76% to 94% within 2 months, July 2014 to September 2014. Cinemark-

Placed in charge of both Usher team and the overall operations of all digital equipment. Opened Cincinnati location with Cinemark as the Theatre Technology Assistant. Helped set up state of the art digital equipment as well as trained other managers with the use of said equipment.
