OBJECTIVE

Worked as QA Executive Engineer at Man Industries India Ltd. from 2015 to 2017.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Involved in handling & preparing enquiry documents. Confirm order documents for SAWL & SAWH line pipes.

2. Replying to the technical questionnaires of domestic and International clients.

3. Preparing all the required quality documents like comment sheets, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Manufacturing Procedure Specification

(MPS), Laboratory test procedures, Hydro test procedure, Visual

& Dimensional inspection procedure, Product process sheet

(PPS), etc.

4. Worked as document controller (maintain & handle all the quality documents) and taking care of the document room.

5. Involved in the distribution of product process sheet, Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), NDT procedures to the relevant stations of the plant.

6. Carrying out mock audits just before the execution of confirm orders.

7. Acting as a coordinator between TPIA and each department of the plant. Preparing agendas for PIM / VPIM / KOM.

Worked as a supervisor for Kazstory Services Infrasture Pvt. Ltd.

(KSS) at Paradip Oil Refinery, IOCL for a period of 3 years ( 2012 to 2015).

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Involved in handling and monitoring pipe yards. 2. Involved in the erection of structures, UG & AG pipes. 3. Involved in the fabrication & welding of pipes, spools, elbows, T- Joints, etc.

Worked as Jr. Executive in PPL, Paradip for a period of 3.5 yrs. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:-

NDT Level-II (Ultrasonic & Radiographic Testing) with 83%, from PTRS Memorial Institute of NDT in 2010.

Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with A Grade from N.E.M. & T.S in 2005.

I.T.I. (Fitter Trade) with 72% from N.C.V.T. in 1999. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :-

+2 SCIENCE from C.H.S.E. Odisha in 2001.

10th from H.S.C.E. Odisha in 1997.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:-

PGDCA, AutoCAD, MS-Office, Windows OS & Internet. INTEREST:-

Working with groups, Playing Chess, listening music and visiting sites.
