As an Officer I supervise inmates in the housing units. I monitor video and operate facility doors in the control room. Receive inmates/booking process: Pat down individual, inventory personal items, mug shots, fingerprinting, data entry, medical/mental health screening, and strip searches when necessary. I also escort inmates to court/transports, and file bond/court dates with the States Attorney.
As a Relief Supervisor I had the same responsibilities as an Officer with the added duties of assigning, supervising, training, and evaluating the work of staff.

I manage staff, resolved customer complaints and enforced all corporate, local, and state polices. I always made sure to maintain superior customer satisfaction.
