EDUCATION
Masters of Science in Kinesiology - Specialization in Health and Exercise Physiology 2015-2017
Designed project investigating the effects of aging and training status on cardiovascular parameters. Recruited and tested 60 participants from community groups in person and online across Calgary. Collected breath-by-breath gas exchange and near-infrared muscle oxygenation data during maximal and submaximal testing. Assessed body-fat and bone mineral density using dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Analyzed data using Excel, Origin, SPSS and SigmaPlot. Prepared and submitted manuscripts for publication.
