Process Improvement/Systems:

Office Centralization Project – led effort to centralize billing and administration resulting in more accurate and timely results, while eliminating 40 positions and saving $1.5M or 25% from overall administrative expenses.

RFID Project – leadership role in development and rollout of RFID system for seven facilities that included implementing chips into linen products and reading equipment into facilities; generated a competitive advantage for improved accountability and tracking of linen products in healthcare customers.

Salesforce.com – led full-scale Salesforce.com implementation, replacing an antiquated home grown system.

Customer Satisfaction Survey Process Improvement Project – led conversion of customer satisfaction measurement system from an annual event to a continuous measurement process with the implementation of electronic monthly surveys integrated into Salesforce.com.

Business Strategy:

As part of senior leadership team for two organizations, provided strategic direction ranging from acquisitions through systems and efficiencies and legal issues across numerous functional areas. Authored Strategic Planning Process Guide - a document to guide company through the strategic planning process and created an Acquisition Due Diligence Checklist – a document to guide the organization through the acquisition due diligence and integration process.

Led the corporate-wide strategic planning process for two substantial organizations, including cross functional planning and integration, capital budgets and annual profit plans.

Business Operations:

Established a customer care team of 30 professionals and built decentralized call center infrastructure via VOIP phone system integrated with Salesforce.com which included case and customer satisfaction measurement system.

Oversaw efforts to improve billing of customers for lost products resulting in doubling of loss charge revenues to $25M; developed a safety and claims administration initiative, which resulted in substantial safety improvement and lowered cost by 30%; handled several significant lawsuits including non-compete issues and an executive embezzlement case.

Developed and oversaw spreadsheet models to give company accurate information relative to profitability by customer and by product so that business could be priced appropriately.

Developed comprehensive budget models in Excel to accurately forecast revenue and expenses in a recurring revenue business at a negligible cost with a high degree of flexibility and accuracy.
