Worked on gathering requirements from stakeholders for a newly customer Web retrieval application. Also, worked on archiving past year’s tax filings into system below for back-fit purposes.

Led business users in the user acceptance testing (UAT), logging any bug fixes and setting priorities until the system was free of any known bugs before go-live.

Wrote user training documents, use cases, user scenarios, user stories, test scenarios, test cases, and expected test results.

Led the system design, database model and the creation of database tables using MS SQL server 2016 services such as Integration Services (SSIS) having used ETL for data loads of several Tax software applications into a centralized database for future Web retrieval on filed taxes. This also included working with a consultant on setting up the company network infrastructure for current and future goals.

Responsible for interviewing and hiring contractors for this project after vendor selection.

Wrote functional specifications documents based on mockup designs with the intent of modifying the final GUI screens after development. Also, included non-functional requirements.

Designed Mockup screens and reports for stakeholders and business users, using MS Access for this presentation on the to-be system.

Senior ERP Application Manager / Business Analyst

Wrote functional and technical specifications based on the business requirements and use case requirements as well testing the system modules, which included SQL extracts from the Oracle ERP system for the Java team of (5) programmers, for the SAP consultants to load the data into SAP which also required matrix tables to be built for the data conversion. This also dealt dealing with Pentaho ETL tool for loading varies data formats into our BI warehouse universes. Also, worked with different businesses on reconciling the data before and after the data loads based from the use case requirements and checking the end results from our testing, built all test scripts for these loads using SQL Loader. Then working with the Business Objects, QA and DBA teams in flushing out any issues, like performance on batch and/or online data transactions while these took place.

Worked with the business users on fixes and new requirements which includes process work flows, API’s, functional and technical specifications. Worked with the PMO team and reporting to upper management, time, cost and weekly progress, etc.

Worked with Deloitte on Oracle ERP database volumes for table sizing, business flows and data mapping into SAP for the conversions and integration tasks that would follow.

Performed 3rd party system enhancements such as ADP HR/Payroll, AMT Direct - Retail Lease Management POS, EDI feeds, Manhattan inventory data integration to the SAP system, provided reconciling and end user training. Also designed and created Oracle database tables for storing all data interfaces and worked with BI team on creating universes linking data structures for reporting purposes.

Led conversion strategy for Oracle ERP system for the acquisition of E&I having many companies, both domestic and foreign, residing in a JD Edwards ERP system.
