Translation: Translating all Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) materials (circulars, correspondences, letters, contracts, ...etc

Supervision: Supervising and managing the translation team and proofreading their final works as being responsible for the results before the Top Management. Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

Performing translation of assigned tasks into both English and Arabic in a timely, accurate and consistent manner and ensuring the quality of translations done by other individual translator.

Checking and proofreading translated documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of translation and utilizing standardized translation of banking and legal terminology in current usage at the bank.

Compiling terminology and information used in translations, including technical terms such as those of legal or financial material.

Identifying and resolving conflicts related to the meaning of words, concepts, practices or behaviors.

Referring to reference material, such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks, as needed to ensure translation accuracy.

- Leading a group consists of ten translators for more than 7 years ago.

- Participating in building SET Glossaries, in addition to following up and training the Team responsible for building SET System.

- Picking up most commonly used English terms on online sites, and translating them in Sakhr Glossaries.

- Translating a number of daily sites online, including but not limited to, Al Jazeera, CNN, Reuters, Newsweek, BBC and Moheet sites.

Sakhr Glossaries:

Duties:

- Suggesting and classifying new entries to be added into the glossaries for the purpose of enhancing the performance of Tarjim & SET systems.

Sakhr Enterprise Translation (S.E.T):

Duties:

- Participating in enhancing and developing the performance of SET System,

- Training and following up the Company translators and linguists' team on using such system.

Data Augmenting Workflow (D.A.W):

Duties:
