A Lean Manufacturing Manager with a consistent record of implementing and advancing a team-oriented culture of continuous improvement on the plant floor. I am a Practitioner/Facilitator of CI methods including Kaizen, 5S, Kan-Ban, DFMA, SMED, and KPI tracking. I have 20 years’ experience processing a variety of materials including metals, plastic, wood, fiberglass, and molded urethane foams.

The facility maintained a UL listing, and followed government standards for Title 5, and Hazmat standards.

Business was the largest producer of Consumer Coolers in the United States, producing 30-50,000 coolers a day during peak season. The facility was 1.4 million sqft, with about 500,000 of manufacturing area. The largest customers being Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, and most major retailers.

P & L budget of $8.5 million, of which $6.7 million is labor.

Improved Polyurethane Foam process through improvement in foam Parameters including resin temperatures, pressures, and foam fixture temperatures.

Savings in Polyurethane Foam of $300,000 annually to standard.

Help revise and upgrade the QC standards, while improving the overall quality of our finished product.

Tools used for improving productivity; added LPA, upgraded Housekeeping, Held line leads accountable for Productivity, Quality, Schedule Attainment, and Safety.
