OBJECTIVE: To obtain a position IQA inspector, final QC/box build inspector, AOI and 5DX.

QUALIFICATION:

Have more Twenty-five years directly experience in electronic assembly inspection: SMT, PTH and box build inspection knowledge of solder workmanship criteria: acceptable and defective solder join per IPC 610 later version.

Responsible for performing visual and/or dimensional inspection of product assemblies in accordance inspection instructions, and verify product of production to ensure that quality customer standards are met.

Insure on-hand inventory is part in IQA as follow procedure, inspector incoming material part by SAP System, Opus vision and GSF knowledge to use Agile too.

Follows established procedures in a high volume environment to inspect and document complex parts or materials, both in mechanical and electronic areas, using calibrated tools with operating tolerances appropriate to drawing specifications and tolerances.

Knowledge AOI program by MVP also run and review 5DX..

WOK EXPERIENCE:

08-2016 to present final QA Box build inspector at Creation Technologies 1873 Barber Ln Milpitas.

Perform QA Box build first Article mechanical medical product for box build assembly, follow MPI system box build product. Fill out the form first article report

During a box build measure check merge all SN into the system.

Inspector Chassis Box current Rev. according MPI, check cosmetic outside not strach.

Measure cable install correct devices and check all hardware not missing during build the product.

Check all stuff accessories kit during package inside box.

Sign off the paperwork such as package slip P.O and SO/ Certificate of Complaint before slip the unit.

Use opus vision scan finish good into the system,

01-2009 to 07-2016 AOI/5DX at Plexus Technology Group 431 Kato Terrace, Fremont CA 94539.

Using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment, inspect populated PCBs for correct component placement, value, and orientation (also Ball Grid Array mounting).

MVP machine will be inspect solder such as bridging misplace part, open solder …etc.

Knowledge to use (MVP) machine view product down load program and run.

Review and Identify of any defective reject by MVP real defect or false call.

Using Agile and customer drawing clarify component at AOI station

2DX machine mane is Daye DX7800 Automatic Measurements

Power up the 2DX monitor located in the front side of the machine by clicking the power button (first button from the right).

With the special key located behind the monitor, open the right side doors. Be careful not to touch any electronic circuits since high voltages are present in several locations.

PC is located on the bottom left-hand side.

5DX Agilent suppose to be inspect solder joint on PCB

01-2001 to 12-2009 final QA and IQA inspector VM Manufacturing at 6701 Mowry Ave, Newark CA 94560

IQA use SAP and Agile by customer provide AVL description approved vendor list. Inspection as needed in manufacturing.

Inspects incoming commodities and subassemblies for conformance to applicable drawings and specifications

Inspected mechanical part: such as hard ware, plastic, mention use caliper and make sure right part color, inspection of purchased mechanical parts meet customer drawing.

Identify and segregate non-conforming products, records discrepancies and report it in measurable write NCMRs and run MRB process in a timely matter with purchasing. Report and resolve issue. Provides accurate, timely non-conformance information and data ensuring a clear understanding for a rejection (Event Report) and demonstrates the “out of tolerance” condition, as requested, by MRB members

Communicate timely and effectively with purchasing, suppliers issue use MS word, Excel.

Touch-typing and ten key, knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and word perfect.
