Responsible for prioritizing daily work for shift waste operations personnel consisting of 1 shipping specialist and 4 waste operators, long term planning for waste shipments and waste generating activities based on construction and systemization activities. Subcontract Technical Representative for the BGCAPP hazardous waste disposal subcontract. Responsible for and written subcontract change notices to the existing subcontract based on changes to the waste generating processes or waste streams. Lead for the RFP for the new hazardous waste disposal subcontract development prior to expiration of the existing subcontract STR for the herbicide application subcontract. Responsible for budget, execution, modifications and change notices necessary for the site herbicide application subcontract. Develops, writes, author procedures, DTI’s and SOPs for waste management operations and review project documents for content and regulatory compliance. Solid Waste Supervisor 2012 – 2013

DynCorp International, Camp Nathan Smith, Kandahar, Afghanistan

Returned to Southern Afghanistan with DynCorp International under Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP IV) as a Solid Waste Supervisor. Responsibilities included supervising the Solid Waste Department, daily activities of several crews, while separating and recycling the FOB solid waste. Insured work was efficiently scheduled and balanced that waste management services were provided in accordance with the PWS and SOP.
