KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Monitoring and Supervision of various job activities like welding, confined space Works, WAH,

Hydro test, lifting and rigging and ensure job is done in line with project procedure & guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES:

Train all the rig crew /personnel and develop training matrix base on client’s standard.

Visit all the rigs – MG Homa, Searex 12& Rig 75 and conduct safety audit on Derricks& drill floor.

Supervise all drilling activities at the Soku Field for Transocean drilling company and Implement safe work system during the job at the location, ensure safe loading of the materials to the site or location.

Supervise the all rig up/rig down and rig moves activities at the location base on company’s HMS/RMS

Conduct internal audits at the rigs and make sure they comply with the ISO & Standards.

Coordinate and make sure BOP equipment is fit for purpose and ensure proper procedure is in place. Assist the offshore management team in implementing “on-the-job” training program onboard as outlined in the rig’s “Offshore Training Manual".

Assess any need of further HSE related training for crew and carry out in-house HSE training onboard.

Assist the offshore management and crew in organizing the required HSE meetings onboard

Liaise with Onboard Management in establishing the yearly in-house training programs.

Support the offshore management team in implementing Environmental management onboard.

Overall responsible for the Non-Conformance reporting and follow-up system onboard.

MAJOR ACHIVEMENT:

Ensure that works are done in accordance to clients’ specifications and other relevant International Standards. Solve every HSE matter on site during drilling, well testing, commissioning, start up & operation phase to achieve the target of 0 LTI.

Safe Work Practices, Proper waste Disposal & Environmental Damages prevention by developing HSE Culture & awareness through tool box talks, HSE Meetings, Incentive Schemes, proper Risk Assessment, Adherence/Analysis of JHA/JSA & Implementations of Permit to Work System,

Safe Storage and Handling of Chemicals according to Standards and procedures.

Safe running of Drilling operation at Soku 52 SPDC Location (where more than 18000ppm H2S was received) by providing extra monitoring. About 30 times Rig/Barge moves from location to location.

Supervise all Rig operation like pull out of hole (POOH), run in Hole (RIH), casing, cementing, logging and measurement while drilling, coil tubing, wire line, mixing of chemicals.

Introduce and train the crew on proper hand placement, hand and finger injury, drop object management. Supervise all heavy lift at the rig, like HWDC, HWDP coordinating between rig floors and make sure risk assessment and Heavy Lift Plan with a job safety analysis is in place before lifting.

Coordinates with the Rig Manager or OIM to prepare rig move JSA and monitor all activities using PTW.

Help and monitor lock out –tag out system during Mud pump service, Agitator motors, Draw works, Top drive and so many other high risk jobs involving electrical units at the rig.

Monitor and supervise all Rig move and Rig up operation to make sure workers comply with the required safety standard base on company’s HSE requirement for rig move and rig up.
