Administer the processing of SAP workflow including procurements, existing PRs, dollar threshold and NIIN blocks, blocked PRs, and customer returns.

Identify and provide resolution to contract support issues in coordination with supply counterparts including customer account specialists, resolution specialists, demand planners, contracting officers, and acquisition specialists.

Offer hands-on support to contracting officers/acquisition specialists in sourcing recommendations for strategic decisions; as well as to appropriate personnel in planning and implementing strategries in support to the agencies policies, procedures, and goals.

Utilize JDA demand plan and time phased delivery (TPIP) to effectively manage stock-out and -low material, as well as accurately reflect demands in collaboration with demand planners.

Determine requirements of PRs through requirements calculator in Manugistics/JDA and SAP.
