SFG (Semi- Finished Goods department):- Fruits and vegetables are cut into desired shapes and sizes and preserved into the brine solution and kept for maturation for further processing.
Pickle mixing section:- The brined and matured fruit and vegetables are batched mixed with oil, salt, spices, oleoresin, and acetic acid to enhance the color, flavor and aroma of the pickle.
Spice grinding and packing section:- Spice grinding is done according to the standard of company. The mesh size, moisture content, color and flavor is most important parameters.
Papad plant:- The capacity of the Papad plant is 1000 kg per day. To check the shape, wt of wet and dry Papad, moisture content of the final product is very important
