Good knowledge about permit to work system

Carried out of job for new projects /commissioning & line up of instrumentation onshore

Calibration of field instruments & smart Transmitter Like PT, FT, LT and TT.

Loop checking and commissioning all field instruments.

Fire & Gas system installation & checking verious gas Detectors like fire, smoke, Heat, Gas, H2S. Experienced in control valves, on off valves,ID and FD Dampers and motor operated valves.

UV-IR Flame detector and Beam smoke detector. Maintenance of Fire sprinkler system, fixed water spray system, Fire pumps system and Foam systems.

Daily routine on line PM, Off –line PM and calibration of Analyzers. (O2, CO, Co2, CH4, NOX and TOC..etc)

Checking and Calibration GC all over plants, Routine check and changing of carrier Gas cylinders all over plants.

Maintenance of Clean Agent systems (FM-200), Co2 based fire suppression (low and high pressure), and Halon.

Co-ordination with operation start-up team to check all conditions & logics.

Knowledge in PLC, DCS, ESD, MMS, SCADA, Honeywell TDC 3000 and Triconix PLC.

Knowledge in Bentley Neveda 3500 system Mark Gas Turbine.

Boiler Thermax AFC, Babcock fired Oil &Gas Boiler.

Familiar to ILD through instrument, Marshalling panel MCC junction boxes.
