President, MACMILLAN ENTERPRISE SERVICES GROUP 2014 to Present

§ Recruited as President of Skyfactor (2014-2015) and promoted to President of Macmillan Enterprise Services (2015- Present).

§ Responsible for integrating the various portfolios that formed Macmillan Enterprise Services, including i>Clicker and Skyfactor, and setting the short and long term strategic direction of the organization.

§ Developed the “University Student Ecosystem” strategy and secured approval from Macmillan’s parent company, Holtzbrinck, to execute the plan.

§ Worked closely with the CEO to evaluate the potential of complementary businesses and worked on raising the capital.

§ Oversaw the day to day management and operations of i>Clicker and Skyfactor before earning responsibility for overall portfolio management after promotion.

§ Led global management and strategy of major business and administrative functions, including Professional Services, Support Services, Account Management, HR, Sales, Accounting, Product Development, and Hosting services.

§ Turned around the business by implementing strategies that provided 22% EBITDA after suffering from a loss of 10% for over three years and increased profits by 900%.
