There was an issue in the parking brake of an Y1 truck, the angle between the lower surface and parking brake lever is 60 degrees When the brake is engaged.

Successfully solved this problem by modifying design and decreased the angle to 23 degrees, modelled everything in CREO.

Assisted daily work management concept & planning, monitored manufacturing and finishing process.

Geometric dimensioning and tolerance of the product for manufacturing according to ASME Y14.5M-1994.

Applied Statistical Engineering and Six Sigma methodology for product quality improvement.


Automatic Headlight Intensity Adjustment System.

This device can save pedestrians from High beam blinding, research is still going on to reduce the high beam blinding completely by a definite artificial intelligence system.

Modelling and simulations were done in Catia V5 and COMSOL.

Circuit and program were built on Arduino and raspberry pi controllers.

Coding was done by collecting LUX values across the city.

PCB designs were done for further manufacturing in larger scales.

Design and Analysis of V8 engine.

Modelled a V8 engine according to the dimensions given in CREO PTC.

Right from bolts to engine head everything was modelled according to the dimensions, collision damage tests and exploded views were generated.

CNC simulations were done in CREO PTC.

G codes and M codes were produced for parts to manufacture them on CNC machines.

Design and Fabrication of regenerative Air Cooler

I have designed an Air cooler using regenerative evaporating cooling principles and attained a wet bulb temperature of 24.30 C where the dry bulb temperature is 34oC.

By using our design we can get a temperature drop of 4 degrees and less humid air.

Without compressor we could able to attain enthalpy change.

Everything was modelled in Solid works and thermal simulations were done in ANSYS.

Design and Fabrication of portable 3D printer

Designed and fabricated 3D printer using the additive manufacturing technologies learnt in the class. These additive manufacturing technologies are useful in rapid prototyping.

Design and optimization of the material were done in CREO and ANSYS.

Worked as a volunteer with “MAD - Make A Difference” educating underprivileged children (July 2014 – May 2015).
