•Owned the resolution of network issues for serving Statsoft software licenses (for Statistica) from independent servers with new architecture in support of Process Control Systems used globally in all Intel factories. Product Development Engineer Hillsboro, OR 5/2002-5/2005

•Modified Intel’s SRAM test program to gain valuable information which enabled the chip design and manufacturing development teams to continue pursuing 90nm gate length devices critical to the continued success of the company worldwide.

•Drove the alignment of test temperatures and platforms between SRAM and CPU products, resulting in the ability to share sort and test tools. This lowered the footprint required in the cleanroom by 10% and reduced costs for all associated software, hardware, and personnel costs for those combined operations by 15%

•Led a team of 6 Product Development Engineers to standardize, refactor, and streamline the test logic used for testing fuses at Intel’s factories worldwide. This effort reduced the number of errors impacting factories using the software by 50%.

Rotation Engineer Chandler, AZ 5/2001-5/2002

•Responsible for an investigation into High Density Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (HDP CVD) tool Long Clean effectiveness. Negotiated with Subject Matter Experts (tool owners) to adhere to experiment requirements and gain statistically significant data. This led to the removal of the process from all the HDP CVD tools in Fab 12 which resulted in 0.5 die per 200mm wafer yield increase worth $12,000 per day in increased output, as well as increasing tool capacity by 10% and reducing material costs by 5%.
