Responsible for oversight of all functions including but not limited to recruiting, interviewing/screening, and hiring of all personnel. Ensured complete EEOC, state, and federal employment law compliance. Responsible for developing a comprehensive retention strategy. Created guidelines to measure employee and company performance. This company is a startup partnership with my son and now that it’s operating smoothly and under his leadership, I’m stepping back to seek other employment.

American StaffCorp – Area Sales Manager/Tulsa & Oklahoma City – 11/13 to 10/15

Initially brought on board with intent of expanding company operations outside of Oklahoma but decision was made to evaluate and correct ongoing issues in Oklahoma City office. Given responsibility for training staff, managing, making staff adjustments and addressing customer service issues in Oklahoma City office. Upon successful implementation of afore mentioned changes, began focusing business development efforts in pursuit of large volume/marquee employers in the OKC metro area. Increased staffing volume/revenue in OKC office by 110% from 5/14-5/15. With the health of the P & L in OKC, beginning in 5/15 was asked to assist in driving business development for Tulsa office which had been badly neglected in that regard in 2014.

Kelly Services Inc. – Senior Enterprise Sales Manager/Oklahoma & North Central Texas – 11/09 to 11/13

Responsible for strategic planning to insure the success of thirteen branches in Oklahoma/Texas, accountable for the overall operation of those branches, including selecting, training, and full development of sales and service teams as well as monitoring their performance/progress to achieve the desired business results. Having full P & L responsibility I was responsible for setting the business acquisition strategy and supporting the sales and service teams in business development, service delivery, customer and employee retention, recruiting, and expense management. I was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, business leaders in the community, and local, regional, and corporate Kelly Services management. Act as a point of escalation for the resolution of customer issues.

BenchMark Landscape – Owner – 6/98 to 10/09

Started company and initially solely responsible for 100% or sales/sales activity; once company grew managed sales staff including developing a comprehensive marketing and advertising strategy. Established sales objectives and worked with sales team for reaching those goals and ensuring superior customer satisfaction ratings.
