OBJECTIVE:

Looking for challenging career in operation and maintenance field in a suitable position. I have gained immense knowledge by working in major cement manufacturing industries with different mechanical maintenance systems and I would like to enhance my knowledge & skills for the future career development. To maintain the availability of each equipment and operate the same equipment with more reliability .and economy production cost to achieve management targets.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

M/s. ORIENT CEMENT WORKS, Engineer (Mechanical) (8MTPA CLINKER CAPACITY PLANT) From March 1998 to August 2010

Devapur, Adilabad.

Operation and preventive maintenance of dual fuel captive power plant of 21.0 MW capacity having 5 nos of JAPANEESE make DIAHATSU diesel generators .Each DG set capacity is 4.2 MW. Model is 16DV32.Preventive maintenance of boost air after coolers, Raw water coolers and lube oil coolers,(ALFA LAVAL plate heat exchangers),cylinder heads, intake valves.exhaust valves,fuel injectors, fuel pumps,intake rocker arms and exhaust rocker arms. Spares management as per ABC inventory policy.

Operation, preventive maintenance of air swept ball mill( 100tph,end discharge) and central discharge ball mill(200tph), stacker(1200tph) having chevron type stack pile capacity of 55000 MT of lime stone ( 2 nos stack piles),and reclaimers(650tph).preventive maintenance of boom conveyor and all auxiliaries, scrapper conveyors.

Operation and preventive maintenance of double rotor impact crusher having 1200tph capacity. L&T make. Replacement and hard facing of blow bars, grinding path and holding bars inspection / replacement,apron conveyor flights inspection / replacement and drive sprocket segments inspection / replacement,body wear out liners replacement and all auxiliaries periodical inspection work. Spares management as per ABC inventory policy to reduce the inventory cost.

Operation,and preventive maintenance of single rotor impact crushers (L&T make,400tph),stackers(cimmco birla make,650tph).belt conveyors.(400 metrs center distance).Blow bars inspection, hard facing of blow bars and rotor body for more out put,reversing and replacement after achieving optimum out put.Grinding path inspection,replacement,lower and upper arms worn out liners replacement and hard facing of worn out impact areas.Preventive maintenance of apron and scrapper conveyor, rotor and jack shaft and all auxiliaries like belt conveyors, dust collectors,drive stations.procurement and management of critical spares as per requirement.

Responsible for operation, and preventive maintenance of end discharge closed circuit cement mills (ball mills) capacity of 100 tph each and their auxiliary drives, clinker transport system from clinker stock pile to cement mills top floor clinker hoppers with no of belt conveyors., De dusting system having dust collectors and Electro static precipitators.

Mancherial,, (0.3 MTPA CAPACITY PLANT) From june 2015 to till date

Operation,and preventive maintenance of single drive closed circuit RAW MILLS( 1150HP,dia 3.2 m and 8.0m long,40tph).discharge system consists of air slide,bucket elevator,air slide, turbo separator,coarse belt conveyor,product belt conveyor,air slide,bucket elevator and surge hoppers.

Central drive open circuit CEMENT MILLS( 815HP,dia 2.2m and 12.0m long,20tph) ( Ball mills).cement transport system consists of neumatic fluxo pumps( 5m3 capacity) and heavy duty reciprocating compressors (744 cfm and 183 hp)

Operation,preventive maintenance of roto packer (8RS model,90tph),with all auxiliaries and truck loading machine in packing house
