Full responsibility as project manager for evaluation, integration, and implementation of our Operational Planning Optimization software beginning with pre-sales customer requirement definition and RFP response through full production acceptance for division’s largest prospective account; UMC a world-leading semi-conductor foundry located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Assignment involved extensive 4-month product evaluation period followed by a 7 month FAB production implementation for which respectively 56% and 92% of my time was spent on-site in Taiwan.
