Responsibilities included the development of curriculum to improve students' conversational abilities, as well as assisting department heads in establishing daily schedules, curriculum and ESL activities. I also, administered and graded tests and assignments to evaluate student progress, assigned lessons and corrected homework, and improved instruction methods by using a variety of assessment tools and strategies. After classes, I gave one-on-one attention to each student while maintaining overall focus on the entire group. During that time, I was attending Universidad Interamericana and additionally, attended workshops to learn about student motivation and engaging learning activities. At the conclusion of the semester in 1981, I relocated to Tennessee. 06/1981 - 05/1982
