Acquired and developed companies in the investment banking, mortgage banking, life insurance, accounting, education, and direct marketing industries. Merged, reorganized, and sold various subsidiaries. Acquired, renovated and converted a multi-family housing project into a co-operative, then sold it to investors for a substantial profit.
