I am a conscientious self-motivated individual who is competent problem solving and making effective decisions. Having the ability to work to tight deadlines both within a team environment but also on my own initiative. I have a flexible approach to work and can adapt well to change this was most recently demonstrated when I worked at Tata Steel where I was a Pipe welder. I am a friendly approachable person who is reliable and always completes work to the highest standard. Being an excellent communicator on all levels taking responsibility where necessary and leading by example. Self-disciplined, ability to follow instructions, good listener, empathetic.
