Director of Financial & Specialty Applications (1999-Present)
Manage staff of 35+ professionals, including 4 project managers with a staff of 7-8 each. Collaborate with C-level executives, administrators, and staff to create project plans and integrated systems for new technology initiatives.
Spearhead executive user contact project queue management, including all levels of project planning and execution.
Directed 16-month implementation of Oracle EBS, from initiating RFP process through live cutover. Modules included accounts payable, general ledger, project accounting, fixed assets, accounts receivable inventory, purchasing, and sourcing. Completed project on time and under budget, managing five SMEs and two upgrades.
Managed creation of in-house-developed financial applications not supported by Oracle EBS, including stock ledger; textbook rental; and sales audit bank, credit card, gift card, and inventory reconciliations.
