The main objective of the project was to keep customer attrition in check by utilizing the customer churn rate KPI. The target was to perform customer value analysis along with customer churn predictions which will help marketing programs target more specific groups of customers and help the company in its customer relationship management.


Worked extensively with Data Preparation. Performed Data wrangling before the load, fix data in Excel, Cleaning and De-duplicating the data from various sources which is in different formats.
