ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE

The main objective of the project was to keep customer attrition in check by utilizing the customer churn rate KPI. The target was to perform customer value analysis along with customer churn predictions which will help marketing programs target more specific groups of customers and help the company in its customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Worked extensively with Data Preparation. Performed Data wrangling before the load, fix data in Excel, Cleaning and De-duplicating the data from various sources which is in different formats.

Data manipulations in Excel to set the foundation and to ensure Data consistency.

Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, Filtering and Sorting in Excel and handled different data types.

Performed Transformations on Data- Format Revision, Filtering, and Aggregating etc., to maintain Data Quality.

Looked for anomalies and used SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to upload data into the SQL Server Database.

Created Data mapping documents with the Source, Destination and Transformation Logic.

Created data flows and upload data into SSIS by automating the error handling through Conditional Splits and filtering out the bad records.
