Three million sf new facility on a 35 acre campus. A $750 million design-bid-build project comprised of four multistory buildings in a joint venture with Turner Construction for NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC).

Managed Fire Smoke Damper (FSD) installation tracking schedule and budget.

Coordinated two electrical, four mechanical and control contractors via regular meetings, inspections, spreadsheets and marked up drawings. Solved installation problems to secure code compliance with Architect approval.

Part of team managing Fire Alarm and Fire Prevention Systems.

Oversaw installation of the campus wide information technology (IT) system and interface with the audio visual (AV) systems. Conducted weekly meetings and client appraisals. NYPD were very concerned with schedule despite their late approval of consultant and contractor. In the end met their expectations, in spite of several changes.
