ECM: ECM is a is a Hybrid tool of different technology ADF,SOA,BI,EBS (integrates with DRM, Hyperion indirectly)

oADF: We define all these rules. It gets save in EBS database

oEBS: We have concurrent program in EBS, when the program runs it reads all the routines from the ADF forms. Then,it generates the exception in BI

oSOA: Pushes the exceptions to BI

oBI: All the exceptions are hold in BI (Certificate management in BI)

PCA: PCA is web based application used for various purposes like Budgeting, Bidding to GCs (General Contractors), Award Bid, Service Supplier and Change order and progress payment.

PCA is a web based application (front end application) to flow the data into EBS. (Markets: Norway and Ireland)

Users would be restaurant development team and suppliers would be using this PCA Application.

COA: Chart of Accounts (COA Workflow) is a web based application (User Interface) created for End Users (Business users) to submit the values/properties related to Segments/Code combinations/Alternate hierarchies/Business rules from ADF Web forms and make data available for other systems (DRM, ODI and EBS). Application provides flexibility to track the requests, WHO Columns, status/stages of approval process (flow trace) and view reports (Summary/detail/Audit history report)

GUP: The purpose of this object is to interface McDonald’s e-Business Suite with FIM (Identity & Access Provisioning System). This will enable Global AM to be used as a Self-Service module by Supplier Admin, Franchisee Admin and McOpCo Ops Manager/Operation Consultant to provision access to its users. This will also enable automated role based provisioning/de-provisioning of MBS access to Employees/Contingent Workers.Exception handling would be done using GEMS.

Resolved ECM Issues which are occurring from October 2014 in ECM Applications and received appreciation mails from client.

Successfully resolved all the incidents without SLA breach.

The Operational Management System (OMS) is currently maintained in OC. The new Operational Management System is intended to replace the current operational metrics. Capturing Study Metrics across Study Startup, Build, Conduct and Closeout with field level user permission definition and customized audit trail. Provide a dashboard to ascertain the status of Study Build. OMS provide the ability to ascertain the number of Planned/Actual DB Locks and Go-Lives by month. The proposed Operational Management System allows the business users to quickly access the up to date information using a single system, saving time and providing accurate information. The system shall be accessed through the existing Abbott worldwide computer network infrastructure.
