Worked on projects in the steel industry that resulted in permanent solutions to improve production efficiency and product quality. Developed a standardized work plan that was implemented into day to day operations at the plant. Worked with a team of engineers daily and established valuable problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Gained experience working on steel anneal and finishing lines. Gained experience working closely with a union workforce. Achieved OSHA-10 safety certification.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND VOLUNTEER WORK

Case Western Reserve University Football: 2013-2016

oAssist in the annual football player recruitment process which includes hosting and communicating with potential athletes; approximately a 20 hour per week commitment. Develop key leadership, team work and disciplinary skills. Also, establish key attributes such as hard work and dedication to achieve goals and be successful.

Labre Community Outreach Program- 2017-

oParticipate in weekly trips around the city of Cleveland to provide meals and a sense of community to the less fortunate in the area. Warm clothing and other essentials are provided as well.
