WORK EXPERIENCE

Engineer/Certified Sprayer

CINCINNATI THERMAL SPRAY - April 2001 to Present

Production (04/01-Present)

Develop new thermal spray coating and processes utilizing CPK for frequency of testing

Responsible for developing new parts for thermal spray which include technical plans and VSEs, General Electric blueprint requirements and company procedures within GE Aircraft as well as marine refrigerant compressors for thermal spray.

Responsible for developing and inventory of hard tooling masks for Aircraft as well as marine refrigerant compressors for thermal spray.

Interact with customer on a regular basis to address any problems that arise.

Participate in the Corrective Action team works to correct these problems and implement ways to keep it from reoccurring.

Responsible for making drawings in AutoCAD of tooling, plant layout or any other object that needs a drawing for recordkeeping or development purposes.

Responsible for developing a thermal spray gun (SG100) and closed loop control console that was new to the company. This included developing parameters, part rotation speeds, technical plans, VSE's, and air stand for the new style turntable that were installed in this booth.

Manage gun part hardware inventory levels for the new gun that I developed at Cincinnati Thermal Spray.

Certified Sprayer for Aircraft Thermal Coating. This allows me to spray production parts, which I am required to do on an as need basis to help meet customer demand.

Received Employee of the Quarter four times since hire date. I have also received Employee of the year for 2002.
