Develop HR metrics, headcount and contact for reporting. Manage HR systems related to employee and payroll data, self-service, compensation, and talent management. Administer annual merit and performance review processes:

Participate in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate selection, campus recruiting and on-boarding
