Currently working as a “Deputy Manager” [Process & Production Department] in MOSER BAER INDIA Ltd (ISO9001, OHSA14001 etc). 66-Greater Noida in Blu Ray Plant (Optical Media Group) since 2007 to till date.

The company had technical collaboration with M/s STEAG HAMATECH Germany having sophisticated automatic production lines with 180 tone capacity, injection, molding, M/c’s of NETSTALL (Switzerland) JSW & Sumitomo (Japan). The company products are CD’s, CD-R, DVD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD-ROM, BLUERAYS, and FLOPPY & MINISD CARD. All these products are branded as MMORE BASE.


.Troubleshooting & continue testing & characteristics of Polycarbonate.

. Process control & Net Yield improvement.

.Daily monitoring of Production, Quality, Rejection, Customer complaints.

.Daily monitoring & fill up check sheet & m/c (Injection moldings) parameters are according

to ISO significance.

.Prepare daily report of production, Break down and MIS (Management information system).

.Receive customer complaint and take necessary action (CAPA).

.Implementation of 5s activities on the production floor to maintaining the Clean Room Environment.

.Ensure adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems, Lean manufacturing and

reduce rejection level & rework.

.Familiar with quality techniques like 7 QC Tools, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, POKA YOKE.

.To study the Failure rate/Defect analysis & analyzing Root-Cause implementing corrective actions for the same.

.Implement and prepare SOP, WI and MR office documentation

. Handling and maintain the ISO documents & responsible for Manpower planning and coordinating and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.

. Handling of Metallizing/Sputtering Process of Different layer (Meatllic & Non Metallic).

. Hand on experience of Spin Bonding/ Vaccum Bonding Process, Cover Coating, Hard Coating Lacqur & Spin Dye coating Process.


.Analyzing various processes/applications and recommending modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance Operational efficiency.

.Devising systems and process changes for qualitative improvements in productivity and for reducing the rate of rejection.


.Overseeing Production related tasks including planning, procurement, control & trouble shooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules. Projects for expansion and new products.

.Preparing SOPs, Manuals & Work Instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining reports for Facilitating decision making by management.

.Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of material & machine.

To control IDB rejection by optimization of DYE Profile, to control Optical Density of rejection, to control DYE DROP rejection, Process control (Trouble shooting) Trainer, Cycle time reduce from 3.2sec to 2.5 second, control Dye Comet rejection, Overall Production increased from 0.3 millions to 0.475 millions with 95 % Yields, Overall rejection decreased from 3.5 % to 2.0 % of overall production.
