Scope: Acting as Business Partner for the local HB Fuller Plant including and supporting all HR activities in addition to Strategic HR Goals and Objectives.

Established HR department in Egypt and put in place local policies in addition to Global & Regional Policies.

Embedded the HBF Strategic competencies in day-to-day activities.

Applied Global Talent Management Model, Trained, Coached and mentored all HBF employees and OSL.

Customer Service Manager 2010-2011

Scope: In charge of leading and managing H.B Fuller CS department, was reporting directly to MEA General Manager, headed directly 1 CS Rep.

By Providing 1st Class CS, transformed the local company environment into a multinational environment with order management, coordination between all departments in order to achieve customer delight.

Created and developed customer sales reports that are being used till date.

Improved Shipping on time records by developing “Customer Interface” report that is shared with Production, Planning, Warehouse and Shipping departments.

Import Operations Manager 2008 - 2010
