CAREER SUMMARY
Am looking for a position where I can make use of my administrative, technical and management skills I have developed during my career. My most recent position was working part-time to provide data entry and administrative support for the purchasing department of a local manufacturing company. Prior to that, I had 35 years of experience as an IT project manager and business analyst which gave me an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of business applications. I am a strong team player with good communication skills. Have been retired since 2016 but not ready to stay at home and want to get back to work.

Expeditor
Coordinated ocean shipments of all purchased items from China and Taiwan and subsequent delivery to the appropriate Keeney location. This involved data entry of all shipping information, reporting of status to management as needed and resolution of all questions and problems with outside resources – vendors in China and Taiwan, freight forwarders, customs brokers and various trucking companies. Developed new reports to analyze shipping issues and suggest pro-active solutions on potential problems. Worked with foreign manufacturers to implement and maintain the C-TPAT program with US Customs and Border Protection. Also, provided general administrative support to buyers and purchasing management.
