Assess project engineering and scope documents, P6 schedules, estimates, and monthly reconciliation of costs; through all project phases with the assigned project manager

Attend design and construction reviews to assess the team, progress, and readiness to release projects for construction

TVA- Program Manager, I served as a Program Manager reporting for the Transmission Operations & Maintenance group responsible for seven sectors in three states. Responsible for optimizing budgets and maximizing the value of the projects proposed:

Preparing, prioritizing, and monitoring $35 million dollar budget

Supervising and monitoring progress of work coordinated by 7 specialists

Preparing work site security plans assuring the safety / security of the public, specialists, and contractors

TVA - Project Controls Specialist, I served as a Project Controls Specialist for Transmission Systems Department. Responsible for:

Capital project development participating in workshops for planned capital projects in the TN, KY, MS sectors for new or modifications to substations, switchyards, and transmission lines to identify scope, site specific environmental issues, power equipment, protective devices, switches, grounding, site development, and project design requirements.
