Hello, while working at Toys R us I was seasonal from 09/2015 to 01/2016. While they're I worked Sales Team Floor, Cashier, and Electronics Team Leader. I was a very flexible person, worked hard and stayed overtime a lot. Most of the time if asked I said yes. My people skills are superb! I am a very funny individual and outgoing person pbringing joy and positive energy. I was Electronics Team Leader so I have leadership experience and also trained 4-5 new employee's. Also I had to learn everything about it, maintain a clean zone, speak with people from all over the world. i have a very flexible schedule right now. I was the one to de-escalate irate customers most of the time, because I had a good attitude about it and made them smile or laugh most of the time. I was also the mascot for our police appreciation night. I interacted a lot of customers, and put them up to date with the store and electronics to my knowledge. Worked 8 hour shifts most of the week with 1 day 4-6 hours sometimes. Also if needed, worked 10-12 hours a few times. While there I made sure i disciplined myself to learn more and more on the store information and info. While at Pollo Tropical I worked as a Cashier, Server, and Busser. Talked with a large variety of guests, made sure there food and everything was fine, took orders with a smile and cleaned around the whole restaraunt.
