Probation Case Management System (PCMS) - Managed custom software development for a web enabled case management system for Juvenile Probation Department of LA County. PCMS project was successfully implemented in April 2009 and is being used by over 7000 Probation Officers and users throughout the Probation Department.

Orange County Superior Courts – Court Case Management System (CCMS) - State-of-the-art criminal traffic case management using n-tier technology, for the Superior Court of California, County of Orange
oInvolved in the design and development of certain modules of the application
oTeam lead for the conversion/migration of data from the Orange County Courts legacy mainframe system to Oracle.
California Student Aid Commission - The GRAnts Delivery System (GRADS) is a mission critical software application that allowed student aid commissions to administer state financial aid to students attending institutions.
oServed as technical team lead and conducted weekly development team meetings.
oPrepared design documentation, established coding standards for online forms.

Developed and maintained Remediation Projects Database to track all the completed and ongoing projects, scope of work, types of contaminants, remediation technologies, contract amounts, billable hours, etc. Used SQL*Loader for migrating data.
Developed a cost tracking system to track the budget vs actual costs for each remediation project. Periodic training was provided to users.
