Hospital Wide Wiring Project – $2.5 million wiring project to rewire all network cables for entire St. Joseph’s Hospital. Installed network closets on every floor that connected to IBM mainframe with fiber optics cables. Wired every room back to the closets with Cat 5 ethernet cabling. I was the co-project manager of this nine-month project from implementation to finish.
