(purchased by IBM in 2009), I have led successful engagements developing reporting applications and managing IT projects for more than 2 dozen customers. These customers have ranged from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. government. My projects have included leading a team of 8 members for a year long HR project and multi-month projects at several leading pharmaceutical and insurance companies. I have performed report conversions from various other reporting tools and upgrades from earlier versions of Cognos. I have been successful in performance tuning and troubleshooting of report and database issues. Lead Developer

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Clairol’s sales reporting system Using Cognos Powerplay.
