Implemented Wyndham’s first corporate Disaster Recovery program.

Researched, evaluated, negotiated and recommended a global recognized DR vendor to support the recovery needs for Wyndham Worldwide.

Conducted BIA assessment; worked with teams to define critical time sensitive systems and business functions.

Planned for mission assurance of operations and critical business functions for Wyndham Worldwide.

Scheduled, planned and conducted all DR testing exercises. This includes pre-test planning, coordination and documentation of DR teams and test activities and compiles final results of each DR test and present to the Senior Leadership Team.
