It allows streamlined case management and an automated eligibility determination.

Role & Responsibilities :

Responsible to support the reports implemented in Accenture Benefits Management System (ABMS) & Develop new reports as per the client requirements using BI publisher/OBIEE.

Project Description : The project goal is to transfer the existing service requests & related functionalities from Oracle 11i to Salesforce cloud. This includes multiple data conversions (15+ conversions) for the historical data which support these functionalities from different systems.

Role & Responsibilities :

Co-ordinate with business to understand & design the data structure which needs to be moved to Salesforce cloud as a part of SR implementations in SFDC.

Work with business analysts to understand the new integrations & prepare technical designs for the conversions.
