General Electric Gas Power System, Houston, TX 8/2014-5/2017

COMPLIANCE ENGINEER-SYSTEM TEAM

Executes Technical Regulatory and Compliance (TR&S) impact assessments to overall design on devices, components, assemblies and systems.

Support Design/Systems team to complete development of design to ensure compliance in Electrical Code Application (NEC, IEC, EN, CEC, CSA), area classification, and other certified areas, such as DNV, ABS.

ELECTRICAL DESIGNER-DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Design of Electrical standard packages for power industrial plant included less than 5 Megawatt diesel engines and up to 100 Megawatt gas turbine engines.

Design of Turbine Control Panel, Main Turbine Terminal Box and Main Generator Terminal Box

Design of One Line Diagram, Three Line Diagram, Worksheet, Customer Schematic Loop Drawing, Electrical Grounding, Lighting, Power for Module, and overall plant based on package layout.

Design of Engine cables and Electrical cables by creating technical specs and develop quick-disconnect cable drawing to eliminate the field installation.

Design of main cable trays on turbine room, generator room, and control room.

Design all details necessary for shop and field installation.
